  • 1 to 2-Year Eyeglass Warranty: We’ll replace your damaged eyewear, including your lenses; copay applies.
  • Prescription Change Guarantee: If you’re unhappy with your vision, we’ll replace your lenses for free within six months after purchase.
  • No Fault Return Policy: Your satisfaction comes first — so at DM Optical, you can exchange your eyeglasses for a comparable pair up to six months after purchase, no reason needed.
  • Loss and Theft Protection: If your eyewear disappears, you’re not out of luck — we’ll replace lost or stolen eyeglasses once during the warranty period for just half the retail price.
  • Free Adjustments and Repairs: We’re here to make adjustments and offer repairs for your complete pair, frames and lenses, for the entire life of your glasses!
